Cierra Allphin

I fell in love with track and field at a young age and found a sense of community and fulfillment within the sport that motivated me to be a better athlete and person. The more success I had the more pressure I felt and by my senior year of college I had to work through a lot of self-doubt.

Through dedicated training and a focus on developing mental strength, I began to build a genuine sense of confidence and self-belief. I learned to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and to view setbacks as temporary obstacles rather than reflections of my inherent value. 

This journey of self-discovery and empowerment has shaped me into the resilient and determined individual I am today. I bring this same mindset to my professional pursuits, approaching challenges with a growth-oriented perspective and firmly believing in my capacity to overcome adversity.

My experiences have taught me the importance of surrounding myself with supportive and authentic individuals who uplift and inspire me to reach my full potential. I am committed to continuing this path of personal and professional development, as a member of NATFL. I am here to become the best version of myself.
